I missed reading your post about living inside your head...
and about finding your lost dog...I am so glad that you did.

It made me think of Les Mis, Eponime walking in the rain at night singing On My Own...
"The city goes to bed, and now I live inside my head."

One of the trinities in our world is;

Word
Action

Maybe you just have to find the courage to finish the trinity...to complete the process...
it is the creative process...
you are a creative person...
it seems a natural conclusion.
